Comprehensive Market Coverage [40 hours per month]
We will dedicate 40 hours per month (exclusive of travel) to develop new business opportunities for your company in the federal government and commercial markets.
- Regional Sales Representation.
We will set up to act as your Washington, D.C. regional sales office. We prospect for new sales leads and follow-up on leads provided by your company.
- Key Contact Meetings.
We will coordinate meetings for you with key persons in target agencies and companies and give you winning insights into specific procurement programs.
- Teaming Arrangements.
We can arrange for teaming your company with other major companies who are working in your markets
- GSA Schedules.
We will obtain GSA Schedules Umbrella Contract to facilitate sales to government agencies
- Request for Proposals.
We will assist in finding and bidding on tenders and Requests
for Proposals.
- Executive Management Training.
We will train your key staff members on the dynamics of your targeted markets and involve them in the primary programs and procurements in those markets.
Fee Structure: per month. This is a six-month minimum agreement. It is cancelable upon 30-days notice, after a base period of six months.
One-Time Projects [Hourly]
Under this option we will accept specific ad hoc assignments on an hourly basis.
Fee Structure: per hour, plus dedicated expenses.
